Regulatory updates MiFIDII

We would like to inform all our clients that as of 3rd of January 2018, Zemblanco Investments Ltd will be governed by the provisions of the revised Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Directive 2014/65/EU) and the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (Regulation (EU) 600/2014), collectively “MiFID II”.

Zemblanco Investments Ltd has updated its existing policies and internal procedures to be in line with the new regulatory framework, and supports the initiative that aims to provide better protection to its clients.
